Self control is the ability to motivate ourselves to do the things that we need to do in our lives .To create motivation in one should be energetic and confident as the will power of a person tends to go up and down with energy levels, will power fluctuates. Therefore, the person should sleep well, play energetic music, move around here and there or start commuting with an interesting conversation with your family members or friends; your work really starts working properly. It also stops us from doing things that are bad for us.

Stress can be the major cause of changing temperament of a person. When a person is under stress, the communication style automatically changes in response to a particular situation.
